IAS entrance exam
The entrance exam for the IAS is called the
Civil Service Preliminary Exams. This is only the first level exam for entrance
into the IAS. Once you have cleared the prelims you have to appear in the Mains
exams and then appear for an interview. The Prelims is a qualifying exam where
as the total score of mains and prelims decide the actual results. Only double
the required number of candidates are called for interview based on their mains
